This is an update on my review of MC CARRIERS. After 9 months as an owner operator. A real owner operator. I’ll be honest to say. That my dispatchers Dorin and Michael are stand up guys. People you can count on to keep you loaded and making top money. Lorena the recruiting lady great person is not like any other recruiter. She will not try to sell you something just to fill in a position. John the owner with his open door policy and his respect, you have no option but to fall in love with him. Great guy. Now the downside. The safety director all he needs is to direct himself out of the company. His safety meetings are useless. You have to join a group call, While he is discussing the negative things that have happened with the company that’s not safety. Putting negative thoughts in people’s minds on the way they drive or behave. Making drivers question their decision and making bad ones. Discussing other drivers faults with the rest of the crew. It’s uncalled for. I disagree 100% on the way that he does things. What do you expect. A guy that comes from CR England. But over all everyone at MC Carriers great people. This is a place you can call home. If you are willing to put up with an unsafe safety guy. I can actually guarantee that Cristina can do a better job than the current safety director.
