MC Carrier LLC provides to its customers comprehensive services in freight transportation of products, commodities and merchandise goods and cargo by ground (road) using trucks. The company applies a Quality Management System according to the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 standard.

The Quality Management System has been designed and is applied so as:

• To become the main mechanism for optimal organization and operation of MC Carrier LLC
• To improve the quality of the provided services
• To ensure and improve its customers satisfaction, with the provision of services that meet their requirements.

MC Carrier LLC is committed to comply with the requirements (legal and customer requirements) when managing its services, and to continuously improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.

The Management of MC Carrier LLC sets a number of quality objectives that address the whole range of company services and their main criterion is to improve their quality.
