What we pay for:
1. Miles

Drivers get detention pay for loads that are picked up and delivered on time, but where they had to wait for loading and unloading more than two hours.

Scale tickets are paid for by the company through the Weight My Truck app, after creating an account using your assigned fuel card. We also offer 100% reimbursements if the scale ticket is paid with cash and provide the company with the receipts.

Health Insurance
At MC Carrier LLC, we match employer-employee contributions and have 3 excellent health plans to choose from. Plans are available 60 to 90 days after your hire date, so fill out our truck driver application to get started.

Paid Vacation
Our company drivers work extremely hard, and they deserve a break, so we offer 1 week of paid vacation after a year of employment with MC Carrier LLC. You can earn a second week after 5 years of being part of our team. You need that break, both mentally and physically, so we highly encourage drivers to take the paid vacation when available, but if you choose to continue work and get the vacation pay on top of your pay, you can certainly do that.

We want to protect our employee’s health. Taking care of our drivers comes in many forms, and that is why we offer a comprehensive dental and vision plan for our employees after 3 months of employment.

Passengers and Pets
Being on the road for days on end can get challenging and a little lonely. That is why we allow passengers on board at no cost after submitting proper documentation to our safety department. Passengers must be 13 years or older and only one passenger at a time. We allow pets too. After a fully refundable pet deposit is made, you can bring your pet on board on your travels. You will be refunded your deposit once the truck is cleaned and pet odor free and confirmation that no damage was caused to the vehicle by the pet.

Our trucks are top-of-the-line, 4 years old, and newer Kenworth T680s and Freightliner Cascadia, all equipped with power inverts, refrigerators, Sirius XM radio, and APUs. (we retire our trucks after 4 years in the company)
