DriverPro app helps our company with performance management and evaluation process of our drivers.
Each driver is evaluated for KPI realization based on set targets. Targets are easily adapted and customized based on needs.
DriverPro collects driver data in order to help our management team analyze different situations and take required action.
Reporting is easily configurable in order to provide the business vital insights.
The main focus on this app is communication. Dispatchers and drivers have a transparent communication, with clear targets and results, where driver’s voice is heard. Each driver can dispute the performance given by his dispatcher, with mutual support from management team.
For drivers it is an all-in-one app, where he can see his targets, mileage, performance evaluation and salary statements.
We already have some new customizations we plan to implement to help our drivers. Stay tuned!
